MTTL Asturias Special: Niembro Church
On Sunday, before the rain set in again… Here’s another photo from our MMTL meet up in Asturias last weekend.
This church sits just inland from the magical village of Niembro, near Llanes, Asturias. As it’s the off season, all the locals ignore the one-way street signs, and driving around the narrow lanes on the way to Niembro beach is not exactly hazardous, but interesting when you meet a local driver coming the wrong way round a corner!

So atmospheric. I’d love to see it when the tide is in. Did you go up to it? The cemetery has been used in movies a couple of times, because of its amazing location.
Oh, good point, we should have wandered around the graveyard – oh well, now we have to go back!!
